The Egyptian government glorifies hate preachers

In August 1979, Saudi Arabia officially declared great Jihad. The western world did not take that declaration seriously because it failed to understand its significance, connotation and implication. The west thought that Saudi Arabia did so in reaction to Sadat's signing of peace treaty with Israel on March 26, 1979. The staunch Wahabi Saudi monarchs would go to any length or do anything to prevent any Muslim country from making peace with "the descendants of swine and apes.... the enemies of Allah and Islam." The Saudis had been trying very hard to dissuade Sadat from signing the peace treaty with Israel but to no avail. The west which was thirsty more than ever for Saudi oil thought that the Saudi declaration of Jihad was directed to Israel only. Anyway, Saudi Arabia cannot fight Israel especially that Egypt was now at peace with Israel.

Saudi Arabia may not be able to defeat Israel militarily nor, for that matter, defeat "those who stand behind it." It can, however, defeat Israel and those who stand behind her who are all "infidel and enemies of Allah" through holy war (Jihad). Saudi Arabia has the money, the cunning and the will to mobilize the whole Muslim world for the great Jihad. It has devised since 1979 an elaborate plan to prepare for and win Jihad against Israel and the west.

The Wahabies (Saudi adherers of a rigid version of Islam) as headed by the royal family have aspired long for nearly 2 centuries to "cleanse Arabia of the infidels (Arabia includes Palestine.) Since its inception ( 1927),the Brotherhood of Egypt has  aspired to "cleanse the whole world of the infidels." Amalgamated, the two groups have come up with a brand new Islam (jihadi and martyrdom Islam). They are working to convert the whole world to Islam at gun point. They have formed a Jehadi army to fight the Islamization war. The Brotherhood announced on March 19, 2002, that it established a new Suicide Bomber Unit. Some of their leaders have issued Fatwas saying it is ok to kill women and children in the process.

Saudi Arabia has been building religious schools in all Muslim countries and in Muslim communities in the west from which the fanatic preachers spread Islam. Also, the Saudi monarchs have bribed all Muslim heads of state into:

- Changing school curricula and text books to instill fanatic and intolerable Wahabi teachings in place of moderate sunni teachings.

- Allowing Wahabi preaching in mass media and banning moderate.

- Increasing the number of Islamic high schools and colleges which graduate every year tens of thousands of fanatic Islamists.

- Launching orchestrated anti-US and anti-Israeli campaigns in the mass media using fanatic Islamic views as their central themes.

- Banning books, newspapers, magazines, motion pictures and theater plays that promote moderate Islam.

By late 1990s, Saudi Arabia managed to Wahabize all the Muslim countries and communities where over 75% of adult women became veiled, 99% of mosques follow Wahabi prayer rituals, 99% of schools teach Jihadi version of Islam and all mass media promote the same. Anti-American sentiments soared and hate and animosity for Israel reached an all-time high.   
   

Fanatic Sheiks or preachers have been central instruments in the Saudi Jihadi plan. Though dead for more than 7 years now, Sheikh Muhammed Mitwalli Ash-Sha'rawi, is still civilization’s deadliest enemy. He is still regarded by Muslims everywhere, mainstream and fundamentalist, as a quasi prophet. His religious books, research papers, videos and cassette tapes are still best selling in the Muslim world. His fatwas (Islamic verdicts) and tafsir (interpretation and explanation work) of the Qu'ran are still strictly followed by all Muslims and widely respected by all Muslim ulamas, preachers and scholars who respectfully refer to him as “the prince of missionaries.” Egyptian Islamic preachers and scholars are Azhar-licensed missionaries. Recordings of his famous Friday TV show, which is still broadcast across the Muslim world, is still voted best TV program in most Muslim countries.

He had not been entrusted by the Saudi and Egyptian regimes to convert the Muslim populace to Neoislam (jihad and martyrdom Islam) for nothing. He was an able orator, a skilled actor and a proficient Arabic linguist. (His brother, Mohammed Shawki, was a 3rd grade cinema and theater actor in 1950s). This combination, together with his peasant demeanor and accent, enabled him to captivate broad-based audience in all Muslim countries and communities. (View list of his books in English here.)

For about 25 years through his Friday show which is broadcast nationwide by the government-owned television stations in the Muslim world, Ash-Sha'rawi was able to spread the teachings of Neoislam. He incited Muslims to hate people of other faiths. He also forbade Muslims from taking Christians and Jews for friends. He intimidated tens of millions of women in the Muslim world into wearing veils. He told Muslim men that it was hala (acceptable to Allah) to rape Christian women because they were “slaves.” Prisoners of war are slaves according to Islamic teachings. In this connection, Ash-Sha'rawi wrote an article in the Egyptian government daily Al-Ahram on 9/2/1992 in which he said: “Having sex with female POWs bestows honor on her since the master does to her what he does to his wife.” Ash-Sha'rawi told Muslims that they should stand up in jihad in the aim of making the whole world Muslim.

As a result of this butchery which is permitted and supported by the governments of Egypt and Saudi Arabia, tens of thousands of female ‘POWs’ have been abducted and raped or forced to convert to Islam in Egypt for the past 25 years while the police pretended not to see. Also, tens of thousands of male ‘ POWs’ have been abducted, robbed and/or slaughtered. It may have amused Sheik Ash-Sha'rawi to know that because of him over 1-2 million Egyptian Christians (10-20% of the Christian populace) have emigrated from Egypt over the past 25 years. It may have pleased him more to know that thanks to him, 75% of the world Muslim population has shifted to Neoislam.

Over 25 years ago, Sheik Ash-Sha'rawi was already acting as though the Muslims were at war with the rest of the world. The West which did not realize that there was a war going on did nothing to stop him or to stop those who stood behind him. In fact, he was very generously rewarded by those who stood behind him, namely Mubarak and the House of Saud. Postal stamps were issued carrying his picture, titles were bestowed on him and honorable citations were accorded to him.

The legacy Ash-Sha'rawi left is also quite dangerous. Hundreds of Islamic preachers have followed his footsteps to achieve similar glory, earn as much money and make friends with the same supporting rulers. The following are inciter preachers from Arab and Muslim countries who follow Ash-Sha'rawi's example:

Where no politician in the west dared to take action against rich and powerful Saudi monarchs, it would have been easy to stop Ash-Sha’rawi and his like in their midst. Many of these Sheiks have dark and shabby secrets in their pasts that can be used to discredit, defame and denounce them to end their career before they had done so much damage to humanity. Bringing them to justice or bringing justice to them would have been a legitimate act of self-defense.

Some of those Sheiks are child molesters. Others make millions selling wrong fatwas. From muddy rat holes in God-forsaken villages to great mansions and elegant villas, those Sheiks have made the great profiteering from their fellow Muslims. On the other hand, some of them were or still are secret members of the Muslim Brotherhood, Jihad, Jamaa Islamyiah, i.e. they are downright terrorists.

Any orator with A'amama (head clothing) can easily captivate, sway and control Muslim audience. After all, the majority of Muslims are simple and undereducated  people. They are culturally shallow and illiterate. They are impoverished, downtrodden, exploited, hopeless and lacking in self-esteem. Some of them may have college degrees but that does not change the fact that education in Arab and Muslim world is substandard. Orators like Sheik Ash-A'rawi are the opium of the Muslim people. They detach Muslims from their miserable, disdainful and subhuman reality and dispatch them with Qu'ranic verses they do not understand anyway to an abstract rosy world that is filled with hopes, promises, virgins  and above all recognition and respect. They hypnotize simple Muslims into believing and feeling anything they want them to. They also guide Muslims to a meaningful life for a change. A life of Jihad and the death of a martyr which lead to the highest level of Paradise where the pleasures denied to poor Muslims in this life are far better and more abundant.

Since the emergence of Islam in the 7th century, Sheiks have prostituted themselves to whatever pays. They tailor and sell fatwas for any purpose and in the interest of anyone who pays or rules. They issue fatwas banning Muslims from opposing their oppressive and corrupt rulers. They issue fatwas allowing foreign Muslim powers, like the Ottomans, the Fatemites, etc., to invade and to occupy Muslim countries and to kill Muslim brothers. They issued fatwas last century giving undeservedly king Fouad I the right to ascend the throne of Egypt. They also issued a fatwa allowing king Farouk I to be crowned as king while he was under 18 years of age. The 'fortunate' Sheik is the one who is picked by the Muslim ruler to help him consolidate his power through cleverly tailored fatwas that serve the purpose and needs of the rulers. That is why every Muslim country has a Mufti whose job is to issue fatwas ostensibly to guide the Muslim population. Because the Mufti owes his job to the ruler, Muslims began to doubt the sincerity and impartiality of his fatwas. In reaction, rulers enlist the fatwa and religious propaganda expertise of freelance Sheiks like Ash-A'rawi. So, those Sheiks are secretly hired by the Muslim rulers and at times by foreign ones, to enhance and further their political ambitions, to deflect dissent and to eliminate opponents.

From late 1960s and early 1970s, Muslim and Arab rulers have given their Sheiks orders to wage fatwa war against the US and Israel. To ensure the success of the hate campaign against the US and Israel, Arab and Muslim rulers have gave the Sheiks freehand to use in anyway they saw fit the national propaganda and disinformation machines. Religiosity and fundamentalism increased as a result and with them enmity against the US. By September 11, the hate for the US had reached explosive levels. Right now, the hate for the US and Israel in the region is pathologically unsurpassed and dangerously uncontrollable.

Despite the fact that these acts of hostilities amount to a declaration of war, the US and its Western allies have failed to take any action against the Sheiks and against the rulers who stand behind and operate them. America which has a right to act in self-defense should act now correctly and promptly to avert and preempt deadlier and more devastating attacks than those of 9/11.

As we speak now, thousands of younger, angrier and more hateful Sheiks are being hatched by hundreds of religious schools across the Muslim countries. In Egypt alone, there are 50,000 Azhar-registered Sheiks. To plant an atomic time bomb in the heart of the West, the Saudi government has been establishing hundreds of Islamic religious schools in mosques in North America, Europe and Australia.

Egyptian Christians and foreign tourists were also casualties of the hate campaign. The following is a summary of 1992 - 1999 fatalities, collected from local press reports:

1992: 10 policemen; 29 extremists; 41 civilians (including 25 copts); and 1 tourist; total of 81 .

1993: 83 policemen; 64 extremists; 52 civilians (including 13 copts); and 2 tourists; total of 201 .

1994: 101 policemen; 139 extremists; 41 civilians (including 9 copts); and 5 tourists; total 286 .

1995: 100 policemen; 185 extremists; and 84 civilians (including 25 copts); total 369 .

1996: 48 policemen; 34 extremists; 66 civilians (including 22 copts); and 18 tourists; total 166 .

1997: 41 policemen; 41 extremists; 47 civilians (including 23 copts); and 67 tourists; total 196 .

1998: 11 policemen; 18 extremists; and 18 civilians (including 8 copts); total of 47 .

1999: 4 extremists; total of 4 .

1992-1999: 394 policemen; 514 extremists; 349 civilians (including 125 copts); and 93 tourists.

If nothing proper and prompt is done, fatwas like the following may change the course of history:

“Jihad began with the inception of Islam and will end with end of time.”

“ Western countries are pagan states.”

“ All non-Muslims are idolaters.”

“ Christians and Jews are the slaves (POWs) of Muslims.”

“ Muslims have the right to rape Christian and Jewish women because they are booty.”

“ Muslims may prostitute Christian and Jewish women because prostituting slaves is not haram (unlawful).”

Sheik Hasan El-Bana:

“ Wage war for the sake of Allah. Kill whoever denies Him.”

"The Great Month of Ramadan: The Season of Jihad for the Sake of Allah. Behold the month of Ramadan, month of the victories throughout history… The victory that took place in the recent past can take place today and tomorrow, provided we return to Allah and convene under the banner of Islam.”

“Jihad is an individual's commandment, applying to every Muslim man and woman, because our Muslim nation will be subject to a new Crusader invasion targeting the land, honor, belief, and homeland."

“The blood of the American and British soldiers is permitted in Iraq and Muslims killed fighting them will be considered Shahids [martyrs]."

“The gates of Jihad are open until the Day of Judgment”

“Volunteers from Arab and Islamic countries must go to Iraq to support the Jihad of their oppressed brethren there.”

Politicians, journalists and other elements of the “Islamic Nation” have joined the Sheiks' hate campaign. Here are examples of their satanic quotations:

“Bush has forgotten that the Arab and Islamic peoples prefer to be ruled by a dictator such as Saddam Hussein than by a democratic president of the likes of Bush, who lies to the world every day, deceives his people, sows hatred towards it in the souls of all the peoples of the world, and annihilates the lives of his people in battles that do not concern them at all. …Little Bush, relies on a group of hashish-smoking advisors. Not a week passes without him addressing the world with naïve proposals, false and random accusations, and idiotic demands, as if he were living on a desert island with his spoiled dogs…”

Despite these unmistakable and unequivocal warnings and threats, the West does not seem to get it. It has been dragged unprepared to fight one last decisive battle with Islam. The Muslim objective is to expedite the end of time, in case they fail in their quest for world conquest. By inciter fatwas, the political and religious leaders of the Islamic side have mobilized an army of tens of millions of suicidal and hateful young jihad Muslims who yearn to tear down the pagan Western civilization and drink its blood. The motto of the Muslim army is: Elnasr auw elshahada (victory or martyrdom.) This is a win-win situation for Muslims. If they die fighting the enemies of Allah, they will go to Paradise and have all the fun. If they survive and win, they will still have all the fun which includes the right to enslave and rape white Western women.

It is horrifying to know that according to surveys conducted by local Arab newspapers in the wake of 9/11, educated mainstream Muslims were also so hateful of the United States and Israel that they were prepared to join the Jihad and die in Allah's way.
